We're hiring a General Laborer to ensure finished product pallets meet storage requirements and support our production processes. This role in our team directly impacts operational efficiency and product quality at our facility in Monterrey, operating onsite. Key Responsibilities: - Assemble finished product pallets (PET/glass) by arranging cases according to established product order, verifying bottle counts, and reporting deviations to production supervisors to maintain quality standards. - Perform manual, semi-automatic, and automatic unstacking of PET/glass containers while adhering to safety protocols, inspecting for defects, and maintaining workspace organization to prevent contamination risks. - Actively participate in company programs (Quality, Safety, Environmental) by documenting improvements, ensuring compliance with legal/operational standards, and proposing controls to mitigate risks in alignment with ISO 9001/HACCP frameworks.
