Job description

We're hiring a Front of House Manager to lead all front-of-house operations during high-volume service, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and team performance. This role creates impact by maintaining service standards, resolving guest concerns, and driving team accountability in a fast-paced coastal restaurant setting at Coastal Orange Beach, AL, USA and onsite. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and actively manage all front-of-house operations during service, ensuring smooth execution and exceptional guest experiences in a high-volume restaurant environment. - Maintain a strong floor presence, continuously observing service flow, guest interactions, and team performance to ensure alignment with company standards. - Handle guest concerns and conflict resolution, including high-pressure and alcohol-related situations, with professionalism and sound judgment to uphold guest satisfaction.

Job requirements

- 3 to 5 years of experience as a Front-of-the-House Manager in a full-service restaurant, with a focus on high-volume environments. - ServSafe Manager Certification or willingness to obtain it, along with intermediate computer and scheduling system knowledge. - Strong leadership and team management skills, demonstrated through direct supervision of 30+ front-of-house team members per shift.
