Key Responsibilities: - Operate a bike, e-bike, or scooter to deliver food and groceries efficiently, tracking deliveries via our app to ensure customer satisfaction. - Provide excellent customer service by handling orders carefully and communicating effectively with customers and the local team to resolve any issues promptly. - Maintain vehicle safety and compliance by ensuring your bike, e-bike, or scooter is in good condition and, if applicable, holding a valid license and commercial usage insurance.
