We're hiring a Food Delivery Driver to independently deliver orders, connecting local businesses with customers, and ensuring timely service. This role significantly impacts customer satisfaction and merchant success by facilitating efficient deliveries, primarily in local areas, operating in an onsite work mode.Key Responsibilities: - Efficiently accept and complete delivery offers using the Dasher app, ensuring timely pick-up and drop-off to achieve high customer satisfaction scores. - Navigate assigned delivery routes using GPS and real-time mapping, maintaining adherence to designated delivery zones and optimizing for speed and safety. - Professionally communicate with customers and support personnel regarding order status or issues, resolving concerns proactively to enhance service quality.
- Earn per delivery plus 100% of customer tips, with additional income potential through promotions like Peak Pay and Challenges. - Enjoy complete schedule flexibility, allowing you to set your own work hours, choose delivery areas, and start or stop delivering anytime.
- Must be 18 years or older (19 in some states, 21 in California) with a valid driver's license or state ID and a Social Security Number for background checks. - Possess a reliable vehicle (car, scooter, or bicycle) and a smartphone with access to the internet to utilize the Dasher app for all delivery operations. - Demonstrate strong communication skills to interact professionally with customers and support, alongside a commitment to safe driving practices during all deliveries.
