Key Responsibilities: - Deliver food and groceries efficiently and safely to customers, ensuring order accuracy and maintaining a positive customer experience. - Navigate assigned routes using a provided app or map, adhering to traffic laws and Thuisbezorgd.nl's delivery protocols. - Provide excellent customer service during delivery, handling any customer inquiries or issues professionally and courteously.
- Earn a fixed hourly wage based on age, with gross all-in hourly wages ranging from €7.81 (16 yrs) to €16.19 (21+ yrs), plus 100% of tips. - Enjoy a flexible schedule with hours that fit your lifestyle, including required evening shifts (one weekday, one weekend) with schedules created one week in advance. - Benefit from a supportive local team to assist with work-related matters and opportunities for career development and skill learning.
- Must be aged 16 or over and able to work at least one weekday evening and one weekend evening per week. - May need to provide own vehicle (e-bike, scooter), and if using a motorized vehicle, must possess a valid license and commercial usage insurance. - Ability to navigate efficiently, follow delivery protocols, and provide excellent customer service during all deliveries.
