We're hiring a Flexible Driver to independently manage their driving schedule, providing reliable transportation and delivery services across various urban areas. This role empowers drivers with earning potential and schedule autonomy, contributing to community mobility by providing essential services onsite where needed. Key Responsibilities: - Safely operate a personal 4-door vehicle to transport passengers or goods, consistently meeting service standards and navigating effectively using the app. - Efficiently plan and execute routes to maximize trip completion and earnings, leveraging the Uber platform's navigation tools and demand insights. - Maintain high standards of vehicle cleanliness and professional conduct, ensuring a positive experience for all riders and successful deliveries.
- Earn a guaranteed minimum of $2465 for successfully completing your initial 155 trips within the first 30 days. - Access flexible earning opportunities by cashing out your earnings up to 5 times daily using Uber’s Instant Pay feature.
- Possess at least one year of driving experience in the U.S. (three years required if under 23 years of age). - Own and operate a 4-door vehicle, along with a valid U.S. driver’s license and comprehensive vehicle insurance coverage.
