We're hiring a Delivery Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our delivery network KPIs and budget targets, ensuring seamless operational performance across various teams. This role critically impacts our service efficiency and cost-effectiveness in the Belgium Market, operating onsite to drive continuous improvement and strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Account for end-to-end network outcomes, including on-time delivery and courier performance, leveraging analytical tools to identify and resolve critical service bottlenecks. - Manage budget and identify cost optimization efforts, such as cost per order and onboarding, implementing configurations to achieve financial targets and improve efficiency. - Propose and support network experiments in partnership with central teams, assessing outcomes and approving changes to enhance operational processes and delivery metrics.
- 3+ years experience in data analysis and budget ownership, with a proven track record of driving operational targets in a digital-first environment. - Proficiency with a breadth of complex network tools, including statistical and predictive modeling, to derive actionable insights and make informed decisions. - Demonstrated stakeholder management skills to influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership, driving results in areas outside direct responsibility through strong communication.
