We're hiring a Delivery Operations Manager to achieve network KPI & budget targets within the Belgium Market, requiring investigation of root causes to identify improvement opportunities across teams. This role creates significant impact by optimizing delivery networks and leading experiments, operating onsite in Belgium with a focus on data-driven decisions. Key Responsibilities: - End to end accountability for network outcomes such as on time delivery, delivery times, and undelivered orders, ensuring efficient service delivery across the network. - Budget accountability and responsibility for identifying and executing delivery network cost optimisation efforts (e.g. cost per order), leveraging financial data to drive efficiency. - Leverage analytical tools (statistical, predictive modelling) to identify segmented, zone-level network trends and insights, sharing recommendations and making data-driven network decisions.
- 3+ years experience with data and analysis tools, demonstrating proficiency in deriving actionable insights and making data-driven decisions. - Proven success in a budget-ownership role including forecasting functions, with a track record of driving operational targets in a digital-first environment. - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to influence key senior stakeholders, manage up, challenge status quo, and drive results in cross-functional areas.
