This role critically impacts operational efficiency and customer satisfaction within Belgium, working onsite to resolve issues and implement improvements. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure on-time delivery metrics are met, managing courier performance and addressing undelivered orders to optimize network outcomes and customer satisfaction. - Manage the delivery network budget, identifying and executing cost optimization efforts such as cost per order and onboarding costs to improve financial efficiency. - Configure and administer operational settings including courier fees, incentives, and assignment logic, ensuring efficient utilization and network performance for Israel operations.
- 3+ years experience with data and analysis tools, particularly in budget-ownership and forecasting functions, to drive operational targets. - Proficiency in analytical tools (statistical, predictive modelling) and complex network management tools to derive actionable insights. - Demonstrate strong stakeholder management and communication skills to influence senior stakeholders and drive results in cross-functional teams.
