We're hiring a Delivery Operations Manager to oversee and optimize network performance, ensuring efficient, high-quality delivery services across teams. This role enhances service reliability and cost-efficiency in Belgium, requiring an onsite presence to manage daily operations and strategic improvements. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve network KPIs like on-time delivery and courier efficiency by investigating root causes and implementing data-driven operational improvements. - Manage the delivery network budget, identifying and executing cost optimization efforts for onboarding and cost-per-order through strategic financial analysis. - Configure and administer operational settings for courier fees, incentives, and assignment logic, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with market demands.
