This role creates significant impact by optimizing delivery networks, identifying improvement opportunities in Belgium with an onsite work mode. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve network KPI & budget targets within the Belgium Market by investigating root causes, trends, and implementing optimization efforts for on-time delivery and courier rejections. - Execute delivery network cost optimization efforts, including cost per order and onboarding costs, through budget accountability and strategic implementation of configurations. - Leverage analytical tools to identify segmented, zone-level network trends and insights, sharing recommendations to make informed network decisions.
- 3+ years experience in data analysis, budget ownership, and driving operational targets, ideally in a digital-first environment with forecasting. - Proficient in data analysis tools and capable of leveraging statistical and predictive modeling techniques to derive actionable insights and make data-driven decisions. - Excellent stakeholder management and strong communication skills to influence senior stakeholders and drive results in areas outside immediate responsibility.
