Job description

We're hiring a Financial Controller to lead the establishment of financial operations for a growing multi-concept hospitality group. This role creates impact by building scalable accounting processes, ensuring compliance, and driving strategic financial decisions in Fort Worth, Texas at our hybrid workplace. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee all accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger to ensure accuracy and timeliness. - Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, management reports, and variance analyses across all four restaurant concepts. - Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards.

Job requirements

- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a Controller or senior leadership role. - Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Bill.com, Toast POS, and strong Excel skills required; Xtrachef or Restaurant365 experience a plus. - Experience with multi-jurisdiction payroll processing, sales tax compliance, and GAAP financial reporting standards.
