Job description

We're hiring a Financial Accountant (R2R) to perform critical financial reporting, conduct detailed trend analysis, and drive continuous process improvements across the organization. This role ensures the accuracy of financial data and supports data-driven decisions, contributing to robust financial health within a hybrid work model in Poland. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare comprehensive monthly financial reports, meticulously reconcile balance sheets, and actively support precise month and year-end closing processes, including payroll and assets. - Manage complex intercompany accounting and consolidation activities, provide essential support for internal and external audits, and rigorously ensure full IFRS compliance across all operations. - Analyze intricate financial trends, thoroughly investigate all variances and key performance indicators (KPIs), and identify discrepancies to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making.

Job requirements

- Demonstrate proven professional experience in financial reporting, general ledger management, or a similar core accounting role, with international experience being a distinct advantage. - Possess strong proficiency with major ERP systems such as SAP, Workday, or Oracle, combined with advanced-level skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting. - Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration capabilities, effectively working with diverse stakeholders and consistently meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
