We're hiring a Family Advocate to empower families and caregivers, particularly those in kinship care, by connecting them with resources and support systems. This role operates in Rochester and is fully remote. Key Responsibilities: - Provide person- and family-centered needs assessments, active listening, referrals, advocacy, and warm handoffs to community resources for families and kinship caregivers. - Collaborate with community agencies, stakeholders, and the Family Advisory Board to coordinate services, deliver programs, and support outreach efforts for children and families. - Facilitate meetings and community conversations to identify local needs, gather feedback, and develop programs that reflect community priorities while creating welcoming, strengths-based spaces.
