Job description

We're hiring an Electromechanical Technician to maintain and optimize production lines through preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance of electromechanical, electrical, and electronic equipment. This role in Topo Chico ensures operational efficiency, collaborates on automation improvements, and upholds safety and quality standards in a dynamic onsite environment. Key Responsibilities: - Execute preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on electronic inspection equipment, ensuring 100% availability by performing visual inspections, parameter checks, and daily activity reports while maintaining workspace cleanliness and shutting down machines post-production. - Maintain bottling codifiers at full functionality through assigned preventive maintenance tasks, visual and parameter inspections, daily reporting, and adherence to cleanliness protocols, while ensuring machines are powered down after production shifts. - Oversee control panel maintenance, including predictive upkeep, PLC programming backups, and daily functionality checks, while documenting reports and ensuring 100% operational availability, followed by proper shutdown procedures at the end of each workday.

Job requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial electrical-electronic maintenance, with a focus on troubleshooting, repairing, and optimizing production line equipment. - Proficiency in PLC programming, variable frequency drives, and specialized software for automation, along with knowledge of ISO 9001, HACCP, and ISO 14001 standards. - Strong leadership and teamwork skills, demonstrated through effective communication, decision-making, and the ability to inspire and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
