We're hiring an Electro-mechanical Assembler to build and assemble complex units using hand and power tools. This role operates in Chula Vista, CA, and follows an onsite, Monday–Friday, 6:30am–3:00pm schedule with overtime opportunities. Key Responsibilities: - Build and assemble complex units such as power supply assemblies, modules, chassis, panels, cable and harness assemblies, and electronic systems using hand and power tools, ensuring precision and adherence to specifications. - Read and interpret drawings, diagrams, blueprints, and work orders to determine assembly instructions, following sequence of operations detailed in work instructions for wiring, component installation, and soldering. - Document all operations in the ERP system, including job/operation details, time tracking, and conformance notes, while performing quality control checks at specified points during assembly.

- 3+ years of experience in electro-mechanical assembly, including reading blueprints, using hand/power tools, and performing quality control checks. - Proficiency in tools such as crimpers, strippers, soldering irons, and torque wrenches, along with basic computer skills for ERP system documentation. - Strong English communication skills for team collaboration, instruction comprehension, and participation in training, with knowledge of IPC 620, J-STD-001, ISO standards, and ITAR requirements.
