We're hiring a Driving Partner to provide transportation services through our platform, seamlessly connecting individual earning efforts with urban mobility needs. This role directly impacts community access to reliable transport and empowers drivers with unparalleled scheduling freedom, operating onsite across various urban locations. Key Responsibilities: - Safely and efficiently operate a vehicle to transport passengers or deliver goods, adhering to all traffic laws and platform guidelines to ensure service reliability. - Utilize the Uber driver application to accept trip requests, navigate routes, and manage earnings, maintaining high service standards for every journey. - Maintain an eligible 4-door vehicle in good condition, ensuring cleanliness and compliance with safety regulations for a comfortable and secure ride experience.
- Access earnings instantly up to five times daily using Instant Pay, allowing for immediate access to funds and flexible financial management. - Rent a car hourly, daily, or weekly through Uber's rental partners, providing vehicle flexibility for drivers without personal cars.
- Possess a minimum of 1 year of licensed driving experience in the US, with 3 years required for applicants under 25 years old, demonstrating established driving proficiency. - Own or access an eligible 4-door vehicle and an iPhone or Android smartphone, utilizing essential tools for platform engagement and service delivery. - Consent to a comprehensive driver screening and background check, upholding safety standards and ensuring trustworthiness within the Uber community.
