Job description

We're hiring a Driver Trainee to master product delivery processes, learn all accounts, and contribute to training new hires across our operational teams. This role creates impact by ensuring timely product distribution and fostering customer relationships, working onsite at various customer locations. Key Responsibilities: - Acquire comprehensive knowledge of all customer accounts, including product placement and delivery schedules, to ensure efficient route coverage and service. - Assist in training new team members on effective product delivery, filling, rotation, and merchandising techniques, upholding quality standards daily. - Efficiently cover assigned delivery routes as needed, utilizing company vehicles and technology to meet daily operational targets and customer expectations.

Job requirements

- Possess a valid driver’s license with a good driving record and the willingness to obtain a Class A CDL, with training provided by the company. - Demonstrate foundational proficiency with technology like computers, handheld devices, or iPads for route management and operational tasks effectively. - Exhibit strong communication skills and the physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs manually and maneuver up to 200 lb carts safely and efficiently.
