We're hiring a Driver to provide transportation services through the Uber platform, connecting riders with drivers in their local area. This role offers flexibility to set your own hours and work location, allowing you to earn income as an independent contractor. Key Responsibilities: - Safely transport passengers to their desired destinations, ensuring a comfortable and timely journey. - Provide excellent customer service to riders, assisting them with luggage and answering any questions they may have. - Navigate efficiently using GPS and knowledge of local routes, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
- Receive earnings up to 5 times a day with Instant Pay, with no minimum required. - You are your own boss and decide how much or little you want to drive and earn. - Uber has rental partners available that allow you to rent a car by the hour, day, or week.
- At least one year of licensed driving experience in the US (3 years if under 25). - Requires an iPhone or Android smartphone and a valid US driver's license, proof of residency, and vehicle insurance. - Driver screening and background check required, with vehicle requirements varying by region.
