We're hiring a Driver to help people move around their cities, offering a flexible way to earn cash. This role operates on a location-by-location basis, adapting to the specific needs of each city and Uber's operational requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Pick up and drop off passengers or delivery items safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and company guidelines. - Provide a positive and professional customer service experience for all passengers, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout the ride. - Navigate using GPS and mapping applications, making informed decisions to optimize routes and minimize travel time for passengers.
- Cash out earnings up to 5 times a day with Instant Pay, providing immediate access to your income. - Decide how much or how little you want to drive and earn, offering unparalleled control over your work schedule and income potential. - Access to Uber's rental partners for hourly, daily, or weekly car rentals if you do not own an eligible vehicle.
- Have at least one year of licensed driving experience in the US (3 years if you are under 25 years old). - Use an eligible 4-door vehicle and possess a valid US Driver’s license, proof of residency, and vehicle insurance. - Consent to a driver screening and background check, while also having an iPhone or Android smartphone.
