We're hiring a Driver to provide reliable transportation services, seamlessly integrating into our dynamic platform and diverse driver community. This role creates impact by enabling flexible earning potential for individuals across various locations, working in an onsite and highly adaptable mode. We are seeking to hire for multiple openings across various locations. Key Responsibilities: - Safely transport passengers or deliver goods using the Uber platform, adhering to traffic laws and maintaining a high standard of service. - Complete a minimum of 135 trips within the first 30 days of activation, effectively contributing to guaranteed earnings and platform engagement. - Manage your own schedule and availability through the Uber app, optimizing personal income targets and work-life balance.
- Earn at least $1935 in guaranteed earnings for completing your first 135 trips within 30 days of signing up as a new driver. - Cash out earnings up to five times a day with Uber’s Instant Pay feature, providing immediate access to your generated income. - Control your working hours and location entirely, allowing for a highly flexible schedule that adapts to your personal needs.
- Possess a minimum of 1 year of driving experience in the U.S. (3 years if under 23 years old) with a focus on safe vehicle operation. - Hold a valid U.S. driver’s license and vehicle insurance; must own or have access to a 4-door vehicle that meets platform requirements. - Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to navigate routes efficiently and utilize in-app turn-by-turn directions for optimal performance.
