This role directly impacts local communities by offering reliable rides and deliveries from a city location with flexible work hours. Key Responsibilities: - Safely operate a personal vehicle to transport passengers or deliver goods, adhering to traffic laws and Uber's community guidelines. - Utilize the Uber driver application efficiently to accept trip requests, navigate optimal routes, and effectively manage earnings and work schedule. - Maintain high service standards by ensuring vehicle cleanliness and providing polite, professional interactions with all riders or delivery customers.
- Access earnings instantly up to five times daily through Instant Pay, providing immediate financial flexibility for personal expenses. - Enjoy complete autonomy over work hours and schedule, enabling drivers to independently determine when and how much they choose to drive.
- Possess a minimum of one year of licensed driving experience in the US, with three years required for applicants under 25 years old. - Operate an eligible 4-door vehicle and utilize an iPhone or Android smartphone for all ride and navigation functionalities. - Successfully complete a driver screening and background check, demonstrating commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.
