This role creates impact by connecting riders with transportation and food delivery, in various locations and work modes. Key Responsibilities: - Safely transport passengers or goods to their destinations, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies, ensuring timely and efficient service. - Utilize navigation tools and real-time updates to optimize routes, manage multiple deliveries or pickups, and adapt to changing traffic conditions effectively. - Provide excellent customer service to passengers or recipients, maintaining a professional demeanor, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive experience.
