We're hiring a Driver to be the backbone of our ridesharing service, ensuring seamless transportation for our valued customers. This role operates on a flexible, on-demand basis, connecting you with riders in your local area. Key Responsibilities: - Safely transport passengers to their desired destinations, ensuring a comfortable and timely journey, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies. - Provide excellent customer service to passengers, assisting with luggage and answering any questions they may have about their trip or the Uber platform. - Navigate efficiently using GPS and mapping tools, dynamically adjusting routes as needed to avoid traffic and ensure the quickest, most efficient path for the rider.
- Cash out earnings up to 5 times a day with Instant Pay, offering immediate access to earned funds. - Flexible work hours allowing you to decide how much or little you want to drive and earn based on your personal schedule. - Access to Uber's rental partners for car rentals by the hour, day, or week if you do not own an eligible vehicle.
- At least one year of licensed driving experience in the US (3 years if under 25 years old). - Possess a valid US driver's license, smartphone (iPhone or Android), and provide proof of residency and vehicle insurance if using your own car. - Consent to a driver screening and background check, and use an eligible 4-door vehicle for rides.
