Key Responsibilities: - Safely operate a personal vehicle to transport passengers or deliver items efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and local regulations, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely arrivals. - Utilize the Uber driver application to accept ride or delivery requests, navigate to destinations, and manage earnings, ensuring seamless service coordination and effective time management. - Maintain a high level of professionalism and provide excellent customer service during all interactions, ensuring a positive experience for riders or recipients and upholding Uber's brand reputation.
- Access daily payouts with Instant Pay, allowing drivers to cash out earnings up to five times per day, providing immediate financial flexibility and control over income. - Enjoy unparalleled schedule autonomy, enabling drivers to set their own hours and choose when and how much to drive, maximizing personal flexibility and work-life balance. - Utilize Uber's network of rental partners to secure a suitable vehicle by the hour, day, or week, facilitating accessible driving opportunities for those without a personal car.
- Possess a minimum of one year of licensed driving experience in the US, or three years if under 25, demonstrating foundational road proficiency and adherence to regulations. - Own or have access to an eligible 4-door vehicle and an iPhone or Android smartphone, ensuring operational readiness and connectivity for the Uber platform. - Consent to a driver screening and background check, along with holding a valid US Driver’s license and proof of residency, ensuring compliance and safety standards.
