We're hiring a Driver to provide on-demand transportation services, connecting passengers with rides and ensuring a safe, reliable journey. This role operates independently within a flexible framework, contributing to Uber's vast network of mobility solutions in cities worldwide. You'll be responsible for picking up and dropping off passengers, managing your schedule, and ensuring a positive customer experience, all while navigating and operating within a designated service area. Key Responsibilities: - Complete a minimum of 125 trips within the first 30 days of signing up to qualify for guaranteed earnings. - Provide safe and reliable transportation services to passengers, adhering to all traffic laws and company guidelines. - Manage your driving schedule effectively to maximize earnings and availability, utilizing the Uber app for navigation and trip management.
- Earn at least $1615 guaranteed for your first 125 trips. Cash out up to 5X daily with Uber’s Instant Pay. - At least one year of driving experience in the U.S. is required; 3 years if you are under 23 years old. Must be 21+ with a 4-door vehicle, valid U.S. driver’s license, and insurance. - Previous experience in transportation roles such as delivery driver, taxi driver, or CDL truck driver is encouraged. Peer-to-peer ridesharing experience is also relevant. - Ability to manage your own schedule and work independently, demonstrating reliability and a customer-focused approach while driving.
