We're hiring a Driver to provide safe and reliable transportation services to passengers. This role operates within a flexible gig economy model, allowing drivers to set their own hours and work locations. Key Responsibilities: - Safely transport passengers to their desired destinations using a personal or rented eligible 4-door vehicle, ensuring a positive customer experience. - Navigate efficiently using a smartphone app, adhering to traffic laws and providing courteous service to all riders. - Manage earnings effectively through features like Instant Pay, offering flexibility in accessing income from completed trips.
- Receive earnings quickly through Instant Pay, with the ability to cash out up to 5 times daily. - Enjoy the flexibility to decide how much or how little you want to drive and earn, functioning as your own boss. - Access to Uber's rental partners for hourly, daily, or weekly vehicle rentals if you do not own a car.
- Possess at least one year of licensed driving experience in the US (3 years if under 25). - Use an eligible 4-door vehicle and have a valid US driver's license, proof of residency, and vehicle insurance if applicable. - Consent to a driver screening and background check, and have an iPhone or Android smartphone.
