We're hiring a Driver to provide reliable, on-demand transportation services, seamlessly connecting passengers or delivering goods within diverse urban and suburban environments. This role creates significant impact by offering flexible earning opportunities, supporting local communities through efficient transport in various locations, with a focus on driver autonomy. Key Responsibilities: - Safely and efficiently transport passengers or deliver goods using the Uber platform, adhering to all traffic laws and company guidelines to ensure positive experiences. - Maintain a clean and well-maintained eligible 4-door vehicle, conducting regular checks and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards for optimal service. - Utilize the Uber driver application effectively to accept trip requests, navigate routes, manage earnings, and communicate with riders or support for smooth operations.
- With Uber, drivers can cash out their earnings quickly, accessing funds up to 5 times daily using the convenient Instant Pay feature. - Drivers operate as their own boss, enjoying complete autonomy over their schedule and earning potential, deciding when and how much to drive.
- Possess at least one year of licensed driving experience in the US, with a minimum of three years if the driver is under 25 years old. - Operate an eligible 4-door vehicle and own an iPhone or Android smartphone to effectively use the Uber driver application and platform services. - Consent to and successfully pass a comprehensive driver screening and background check, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
