We're hiring a Driver to provide safe and reliable transportation services to Uber riders, complementing our technology platform. This role creates impact by connecting people with the city and enabling flexible earning opportunities in various locations. Key Responsibilities: - Transport passengers safely and efficiently to their destinations using the Uber app, adhering to traffic laws and providing excellent customer service. - Navigate routes using GPS and app-provided directions, ensuring timely arrivals and optimal trip completion while managing customer needs. - Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure it meets company standards for safety and presentation, offering a comfortable and professional rider experience.
- Guaranteed earnings of at least $1515 for completing the first 150 trips within 30 days, with the potential to earn more through tips and promotions. - Flexible schedule allowing drivers to control when and where they drive, accommodating part-time, full-time, seasonal, or temporary work arrangements. - Access to Uber's Instant Pay feature for cashing out up to 5 times a day, and 24/7 support through the app including turn-by-turn directions.
- At least one year of driving experience in the U.S. (or 3 years if under 23 years old), and must be 21 years old or older with a valid U.S. driver's license and vehicle insurance. - Must possess a 4-door vehicle suitable for passenger transport and be comfortable using smartphone GPS navigation and the Uber driver app. - Previous experience in transportation roles or other ridesharing networks is beneficial, demonstrating adaptability and a customer-focused approach.
