We're hiring a Driver to provide flexible transportation services, seamlessly integrating with our global network of independent contractors and diverse local teams. This role significantly contributes to community mobility and individual earning potential by offering on-demand services onsite, creating impactful daily connections. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze trip requests and efficiently navigate routes using the Uber app to ensure timely and safe passenger or package delivery, maintaining high satisfaction scores. - Operate an eligible 4-door vehicle, conducting routine safety checks and adhering to traffic regulations, guaranteeing a secure and compliant service experience. - Manage personal schedule and driving hours through the platform, tracking earnings and utilizing Instant Pay to optimize financial flexibility and personal income.
- Access daily earnings quickly through Instant Pay, allowing up to 5 cash-outs per day to manage personal finances effectively. - Maintain full control over work schedule, choosing driving hours flexibly on a daily or weekly basis to fit personal commitments.
- Possess a minimum of 1 year of licensed driving experience in the US; 3 years required for drivers under 25 years old. - Own or have access to an eligible 4-door vehicle and an iPhone or Android smartphone for app functionality. - Demonstrate accountability by consenting to comprehensive driver screening and background checks to ensure service integrity.
