We're hiring a driver to help people get around town. This role is essential for providing reliable transportation services to the community. This role creates impact by ensuring efficient mobility in the city and will be performed on an 'onsite' basis. Key Responsibilities: - Safely transport passengers to their destinations using a personal or rented vehicle, adhering to all traffic laws and providing excellent customer service. - Navigate efficiently using a smartphone map application, optimizing routes to minimize travel time and ensure timely arrivals for passengers. - Manage cash and digital payments accurately, providing receipts and maintaining a professional demeanor throughout the passenger's journey.
- Receive earnings up to 5 times a day with Instant Pay. - Decide how much or little you want to drive and earn with full flexibility. - Uber has rental partners available that allow you to rent a car by the hour, day, or week.
- At least one year of licensed driving experience in the US (3 years if you are under 25 years old). - Use an eligible 4-door vehicle and possess a valid US Driver's license, proof of residency, and vehicle insurance. - Consent to a driver screening and background check, and use an iPhone or Android smartphone for navigation and app use.
