We're hiring a Driver to provide safe and reliable transportation services to Uber customers. This role operates independently, leveraging a personal or rented vehicle to fulfill ride requests within a designated area. You will be the face of Uber in your community, ensuring customer satisfaction and adhering to safety standards in your city and work mode. Key Responsibilities: - Complete passenger trips efficiently and safely, adhering to all traffic laws and Uber guidelines. - Utilize the Uber app to accept ride requests, navigate to destinations, and manage earnings. - Provide excellent customer service to passengers, ensuring a comfortable and positive travel experience.
- Cash out earnings up to 5 times a day with Instant Pay. - Decide how much or little you want to drive and earn on your own schedule. - Rental partners available to rent a car by the hour, day, or week if you don't own one.
- Have at least one year of licensed driving experience in the US (3 years if under 25). - Use an eligible 4-door vehicle and have an iPhone or Android smartphone. - Meet minimum age to drive and consent to driver screening and background check.
