- Access immediate earnings up to 5 times daily via Instant Pay, providing rapid financial liquidity for drivers to manage their income flow effectively as needed. - Enjoy complete control over work hours and location, fostering an independent contractor model that allows for ultimate flexibility in scheduling and personal commitments. - Utilize Uber's rental partners to access eligible vehicles by the hour, day, or week, reducing upfront costs and increasing accessibility for potential drivers.
- Possess at least 1 year of licensed driving experience in the US, or 3 years if under 25, ensuring foundational road safety and navigational proficiency. - Operate an eligible 4-door vehicle and own an iPhone or Android smartphone to effectively use the driver application and manage ride requests. - Successfully complete a comprehensive driver screening and background check, demonstrating commitment to safety and compliance with platform standards.
