Key Responsibilities: - Safely operate a personal or rented vehicle to transport passengers and/or deliver goods, adhering to traffic laws and Uber's platform guidelines for efficient service delivery. - Utilize the Uber driver application to accept ride requests, navigate to destinations, and manage earnings, ensuring prompt and reliable service for all users. - Maintain high standards of customer service and vehicle cleanliness, actively collecting passenger feedback to contribute to a positive rating and enhanced platform experience.
- Access instant payouts for completed trips, allowing drivers to cash out their earnings up to 5 times daily, providing immediate financial liquidity. - Enjoy unparalleled scheduling flexibility, enabling drivers to set their own hours and work as much or as little as desired, seamlessly integrating with personal life.
- Possess a minimum of 1 year of licensed driving experience in the US, with 3 years required for applicants under 25, demonstrating foundational road competency. - Own or have access to an eligible 4-door vehicle and an active iPhone or Android smartphone to facilitate navigation and ride-hailing operations effectively. - Exhibit a high degree of responsibility and trustworthiness by consenting to comprehensive driver screening and background checks, ensuring passenger safety and platform integrity.
