We're hiring a Driver to provide transportation services through the Uber platform, connecting riders with rides. This role operates in a flexible, on-demand model, allowing drivers to set their own hours and earning potential. This role creates impact by facilitating convenient and accessible transportation in cities and suburbs, with drivers choosing their work mode and location. Key Responsibilities: - Safely transport passengers to their destinations using your own or a rented eligible 4-door vehicle. - Navigate efficiently using a smartphone app to accept rides, find directions, and manage earnings. - Provide excellent customer service to riders, ensuring a positive and comfortable transportation experience.
- Get paid fast with Instant Pay, with the ability to cash out up to 5 times a day. - Be your own boss and decide how much or little you want to drive and earn. - Rent a car by the hour, day, or week through Uber's rental partners if you don't own a vehicle.
- Have at least one year of licensed driving experience in the US (3 years if under 25). - Use an eligible 4-door vehicle and consent to driver screening and background check. - Possess a valid US Driver’s license, proof of residency, and vehicle insurance if applicable.
