We're hiring a Driver to help people get where they need to go and deliver food on demand, connecting riders and eaters with the Uber platform. This role allows you to create impact by providing reliable transportation and delivery services in your city, offering flexibility and earning potential. Key Responsibilities: - Pick up and drop off riders safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and providing excellent customer service. - Accept and complete delivery requests for food and other items, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to customers' locations. - Navigate using GPS and navigation apps, optimizing routes to minimize travel time and maximize earnings while ensuring rider/customer satisfaction.
- Cash out earnings up to 5 times a day with Instant Pay. - Decide how much or little you want to drive and earn, with options for rental partners if you don't own a car. - Access 24/7 support from our team for any registration or driving-related questions.
- At least one year of licensed driving experience in the US (3 years if under 25). - Have an eligible 4-door vehicle and a valid US Driver's license, with proof of residency and insurance if applicable. - Consent to a driver screening and background check, and possess an iPhone or Android smartphone.
