We're hiring a Driver to help people get from point A to point B reliably and efficiently. This role involves navigating city streets and providing a safe and comfortable ride experience. Driving with Uber allows you to earn quick cash while maintaining the flexibility your schedule requires, explicitly mentioning 'remote' and 'gig' work. Key Responsibilities: - Safely transport passengers to their desired destinations, ensuring a comfortable and timely journey. - Provide excellent customer service, assisting riders with luggage and ensuring a positive travel experience. - Navigate efficiently using GPS and local knowledge, adapting to traffic conditions to optimize routes.
- Receive your earnings fast with Instant Pay, up to 5 times a day. - Be your own boss and decide how much or little you want to drive and earn. - Utilize Uber's rental partners to rent a car by the hour, day, or week if you don't own one.
- Have at least one year of licensed driving experience in the US (3 years if you are under 25 years old). - Use an eligible 4-door vehicle and possess a valid US Driver's license and proof of vehicle insurance. - Consent to driver screening and background check, and have an iPhone or Android smartphone.
