We're hiring a Driver to help users get around their city by providing safe and reliable transportation. This role is key to our operations, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery. This role is an independent contractor position, offering flexibility in hours and location. Key Responsibilities: - Safely transport passengers to their destinations using a personal or rental vehicle, adhering to all traffic laws and Uber's community guidelines. - Provide a positive and comfortable experience for riders by maintaining a clean vehicle, offering a friendly demeanor, and assisting with luggage when needed. - Navigate effectively using GPS and real-time traffic data to ensure the quickest and most efficient routes, managing pick-ups and drop-offs promptly.
- Cash out earnings up to 5 times a day with Instant Pay. - You are your own boss and decide how much or little you want to drive and earn. - Uber has rental partners available that allow you to rent a car by the hour, day, or week.
- At least one year of licensed driving experience in the US (3 years if under 25). - Use an eligible 4-door vehicle and have a smartphone (iPhone or Android). - Possess a valid US Driver's license, proof of residency, and vehicle insurance if driving own vehicle.
