We're hiring a Driver to help people get around their city and offer flexible earning opportunities. This role creates impact by providing reliable transportation services, with explicitly stated earnings up to $24.97 per hour in Gilbert (median earnings, actual earnings vary) and a flexible work arrangement. Key Responsibilities: - Safely transport passengers to their destinations using an eligible 4-door vehicle, adhering to traffic laws and providing a comfortable ride experience. - Manage driving schedule independently, deciding how much or little to drive and earn based on personal availability and goals. - Utilize a smartphone for navigation and managing trip requests through the Uber app, ensuring efficient and timely service delivery.
- Receive earnings up to 5 times a day with Instant Pay, providing quick access to cash. - Decide your own schedule and how much or little you want to drive and earn, offering maximum flexibility. - Access to Uber's rental partners for car rentals by the hour, day, or week if you do not own an eligible vehicle.
- Have at least one year of licensed driving experience in the US (3 years if under 25 years old), with a valid US driver's license and proof of residency. - Use an eligible 4-door vehicle and have proof of vehicle insurance if driving your own, along with a compatible smartphone (iPhone or Android). - Consent to a driver screening and background check, demonstrating a commitment to safety and reliability.
