This role creates impact by connecting people and places efficiently, offering flexible earning potential across various locations, primarily via an onsite, independent contractor model. Key Responsibilities: - Provide safe, efficient transportation services using the Uber platform, ensuring timely arrivals and adherence to all traffic regulations for optimal customer satisfaction. - Manage personal driving schedule and earnings goals with the Uber app, utilizing Instant Pay features for up to five daily payouts to maximize financial flexibility. - Maintain an eligible 4-door vehicle or utilize Uber's rental partners, conducting routine checks and complying with vehicle-specific requirements to ensure service readiness.
- Receive earnings quickly with Instant Pay, allowing cash out up to 5 times daily, providing immediate financial access for personal needs and expenses. - Enjoy complete schedule flexibility, choosing driving hours and days to align with personal commitments, ensuring optimal work-life balance and autonomy.
- Possess a minimum of 1 year of licensed driving experience in the US, or 3 years if under 25, demonstrating proven road safety and operational competence. - Operate an eligible 4-door vehicle or utilize rental partners, ensuring compliance with local vehicle standards and having an iPhone or Android smartphone. - Consent to comprehensive driver screening and background checks, upholding safety and trust standards vital for passenger and community protection.
