We're hiring a Driver to be the face of Uber, providing safe and reliable transportation to passengers. This role involves navigating the city, ensuring passenger comfort, and representing the Uber brand positively. Key Responsibilities: - Safely transport passengers to their requested destinations, adhering to all traffic laws and Uber's service standards, ensuring a comfortable and timely journey. - Utilize GPS and navigation tools effectively to find the most efficient routes, adapting to real-time traffic conditions to minimize travel time and maximize passenger satisfaction. - Provide excellent customer service, engaging passengers in polite conversation, assisting with luggage, and ensuring a positive and professional experience from pickup to drop-off.
- Cash out earnings up to 5 times a day with Instant Pay, allowing for immediate access to your income. - Decide your own driving schedule and earnings, providing complete autonomy over your work commitment and income potential. - Access to Uber's rental partners for car rentals by the hour, day, or week if you do not own an eligible vehicle.
- Have at least one year of licensed driving experience in the US (3 years if you are under 25 years old). - Possess a valid US Driver's license, proof of residency, and vehicle insurance if using your own car. - Own an eligible 4-door vehicle and a smartphone (iPhone or Android) to use the Uber app.
