Key Responsibilities: - Operate personal or rented vehicle efficiently, utilizing the Uber app to accept and complete trip requests, ensuring timely and safe passenger transport. - Maintain strict adherence to local traffic laws and Uber's community guidelines, consistently providing a high-quality service experience and fostering positive rider interactions. - Manage personal driving schedule and earnings goals using in-app tools, proactively optimizing routes and availability to maximize income potential and flexibility.
- Access daily earnings rapidly through the Instant Pay feature, allowing up to 5 cash-outs per day to manage personal finances effectively. - Utilize Uber's partnership with rental providers to secure vehicles hourly, daily, or weekly, offering complete flexibility in work scheduling. - Receive comprehensive support throughout the registration and onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and continuous assistance for all driving-related queries.
- Possess a minimum of 1 year of licensed driving experience in the US, increasing to 3 years if the applicant is under 25 years old. - Own and operate an eligible 4-door vehicle and an iPhone or Android smartphone, ensuring seamless access and functionality of the Uber driver application. - Demonstrate accountability and trustworthiness by consenting to a thorough driver screening and background check, upholding Uber's safety and community standards.
