We're hiring a driver to provide rides and deliveries through the Uber platform, enabling flexible earning opportunities for individuals. This role creates impact by offering convenient transportation options in various locations and work modes. Key Responsibilities: - Pick up and drop off passengers safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies. - Navigate using GPS or map applications to reach destinations promptly and provide excellent customer service during the ride. - Manage a flexible schedule, driving during peak hours or as needed to maximize earning potential and meet rider demand.
- Cash out earnings up to 5 times a day with Instant Pay, enabling quick access to funds. - Decide how much or little to drive and earn, offering full control over your work schedule and income. - Access to Uber's rental partners for hourly, daily, or weekly car rentals if you do not own an eligible vehicle.
- At least one year of licensed driving experience in the US (3 years if under 25 years old). - Possess an eligible 4-door vehicle and a valid US driver's license, smartphone (iPhone or Android), and proof of residency. - Consensual driver screening and background check, with potential additional documentation requirements based on city/state.
