We're hiring a Driver to provide safe and reliable transportation services to passengers, playing a key role in our ride-sharing network. This role creates impact by connecting riders with drivers in their local area, offering flexible earning opportunities. Key Responsibilities: - Safely transport passengers to their desired destinations, ensuring a comfortable and timely journey with adherence to all traffic laws and company policies. - Utilize navigation tools and GPS to efficiently plan routes, manage pick-up and drop-off times, and adapt to real-time traffic conditions for optimal service delivery. - Maintain a clean and presentable vehicle, providing excellent customer service by engaging passengers in courteous conversation and addressing any immediate needs or concerns during the ride.
- Instant Pay allows cashing out up to 5 times a day. - Decide your own driving hours and earning potential, working as your own boss. - Access to vehicle rental partners for hourly, daily, or weekly rentals if you don't own a car.
- Have at least one year of licensed driving experience in the US (3 years if under 25). - Requires a smartphone (iPhone or Android) and a valid US driver's license, proof of residency, and vehicle insurance if using your own car. - Must consent to a driver screening and background check, meeting minimum age requirements to drive in your city.
