We're hiring a Driver to provide transportation or delivery services, operating independently and flexibly across various teams and customer needs. This role creates impact by enabling individuals to earn cash quickly, being their own boss on the road, and delivering services for customers in their local community. Key Responsibilities: - Manage personal driving schedule effectively, using the Uber app to accept trips and deliver services to meet demand and personal earning goals. - Ensure an eligible 4-door vehicle is maintained according to regional standards, providing safe and reliable transportation for passengers or goods. - Utilize the Instant Pay feature to receive earnings swiftly, ensuring financial flexibility and immediate access to earned cash up to five times daily.
- Receive compensation frequently, with the option to cash out earnings up to five times daily using Uber's Instant Pay system. - Enjoy maximum flexibility over working hours, setting your own schedule to drive and earn as much or as little as desired, fitting personal commitments.
- Possess at least 1 year of licensed driving experience in the US, or 3 years if under 25, demonstrating foundational road safety and driving proficiency. - Operate an eligible 4-door vehicle and utilize an iPhone or Android smartphone for dispatch and navigation, ensuring operational readiness. - Consent to driver screening and background checks, upholding community safety standards and demonstrating a responsible approach to service provision.
