Key Responsibilities: - Safely operate a personal or rented vehicle through the Uber application, executing timely pickups and drop-offs to ensure high customer satisfaction and efficient service delivery. - Independently manage driving schedule and availability using the in-app tools, strategically planning routes and working hours to maximize earnings and personal flexibility. - Adhere strictly to all traffic laws and Uber’s safety guidelines, maintaining vehicle standards and professionalism to guarantee a secure and comfortable rider experience.
- Receive prompt and flexible earnings with Instant Pay, allowing drivers to cash out their accumulated funds up to five times daily for financial convenience. - Access advantageous vehicle rental programs through Uber's partnerships, offering convenient hourly, daily, or weekly options for those without a personal car.
- Possess a minimum of 1 year of licensed driving experience in the United States; candidates under 25 years old require 3 years of experience. - Operate an eligible 4-door vehicle and utilize a compatible iPhone or Android smartphone to efficiently manage rides and navigate through the app. - Consent to a comprehensive driver screening and background check, demonstrating commitment to safety and adherence to Uber’s operational standards.
