Key Responsibilities: - Achieve network KPIs and budget targets by investigating root causes of issues and trends to implement improvement and optimization opportunities effectively. - Optimize delivery network costs, including cost per order and onboarding, through budget accountability and execution of strategic cost-saving initiatives for Israel. - Leverage analytical tools like statistical modeling to identify zone-level network trends, generate insights, and make data-driven network decisions and recommendations.
- 3+ years experience with data and analysis tools, demonstrating proficiency in deriving actionable insights for operational improvements. - Proven success in budget-ownership roles, including forecasting, along with a track record of driving operational targets in digital-first environments. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to influence senior stakeholders and drive results in areas of indirect responsibility effectively.
