Key Responsibilities: - Drive operational excellence by ensuring end-to-end accountability for network outcomes like on-time delivery and courier rejections, utilizing data analysis to optimize performance. - Manage financial performance through budget accountability and cost optimization efforts, including identifying and executing strategies to reduce cost per order and onboarding expenses. - Implement and administer operational configurations for courier fees, incentives, and assignment logic, collaborating with central teams to maintain desired settings and efficiency.
- 3+ years experience with data and analysis tools, demonstrating proven success in budget ownership and driving operational targets. - Proficiency in utilizing large data sets and analytical tools for deriving actionable insights, coupled with the ability to quickly learn complex network tools. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to influence key senior stakeholders and drive results in areas outside immediate responsibility.
