This role critically impacts overall network efficiency and customer satisfaction at our Brussels location, requiring an onsite presence to oversee day-to-day operations and lead strategic experiments. Key Responsibilities: - Optimize end-to-end network outcomes such as on-time delivery and courier rejections by leveraging analytical tools and implementing data-driven decisions to enhance efficiency. - Manage budget accountability for the delivery network, identifying and executing cost optimization efforts (e.g., cost per order) to ensure financial targets are met consistently. - Propose and support network experiments in partnership with central analytic teams, assessing outcomes to drive approved changes that continuously improve operational processes.
- 3+ years experience using data and analysis tools, combined with proven success in a budget-ownership role that includes forecasting functions. - Proficiency with various data and network analysis tools to identify segmented, zone-level network trends and inform strategic decisions for operational improvement. - Excellent stakeholder management skills, demonstrating the ability to influence key senior stakeholders and drive results in areas outside immediate responsibility through strong communication.
