We're hiring a Distribution Operations Manager to achieve network KPI and budget targets within the Belgium Market, identifying and implementing opportunities for improvement and optimization. This role creates impact by driving operational excellence and cost efficiency for the delivery network, operating onsite in Belgium with strategic and tactical responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Own end-to-end network outcomes like on-time delivery and courier rejections, utilizing analytical insights to maintain high service quality and operational efficiency. - Manage budget accountability and drive cost optimization efforts across the delivery network, implementing new configurations for courier fees and incentives to achieve financial targets. - Propose and lead network experiments in partnership with central teams, assessing outcomes and approving changes to continuously improve delivery performance and operational metrics.
- 3+ years experience with data and analysis tools, coupled with proven success in a budget-ownership role including forecasting functions to drive financial performance. - Proficiency in analytical tools including statistical and predictive modeling, leveraging large data sets to draw conclusions and inform strategic network decisions. - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to influence senior stakeholders and drive results across cross-functional teams, even in areas outside direct responsibility.
